Society for Information Display's Display Week 2012 will be held at the Boston Convention and Exposition Center, BCEC, from June 3 - 8, 2012. BCEC is conveniently located near Boston's Logan International Airport; an 8 minute Silver Line train ride takes you from the airport to the BCEC and the HQ hotel for the show, the Westin Boston Waterfront.

The Display Week technical program starts with Short Courses on Sunday June 3 and continues with Application Seminars on Monday, followed by the Symposium and Market Focus Conferences from Tuesday through Friday. This year's program consists of 17 technical tracks of 71 technical sessions with a total of 256 oral presentations and an additional 138 papers to be presented at the Thursday afternoon Poster Session. For management and business people, the Business Conference takes place on Monday, followed by the Investors' Conference on Tuesday. Non-technical events include the Monday evening awards banquet, the Display Week 2012 exhibition awards lunch Wednesday, and the Museum of Science Wednesday evening event sponsored by Corning. Meanwhile, you can see all the technology in action during the Tuesday-Thursday exhibition, featuring precommercialization prototypes in the I-Zone, sponsored by E-Ink.

Corporate SID member benefits
SID's corporate membership page details out the Display Week discounts, marketing benefits, and membership benefits of being a corporate or institutional sustaining member of SID.

Housing
Due to the limited number of hotels in the area and the tendency of Boston's waterfront to fill-up early, SID has reserved a block of rooms, and housing reservations will open soon. We recommend reserving early here as we expect all the rooms to sell out.

Request for Letters of Invitation
Authors, presenters, technical event attendees and official booth personnel who require letters of invitation for travel to the United States can request such letters using our online visa invitation letter form. The request must include the visitor's full name, address, phone number, birth date and passport number. Due to possible delays in international deliveries of documents, we recommend making these requests as early as possible.
