PRE-SHOW EXHIBITOR SUPPORT

- SID conducts a comprehensive publicity campaign designed to drive
traffic to the Display Week Exhibition. Advertising, public relations,
direct mail, Web site links and logos, and broadcast e-mails are just some
of the steps we take to promote the show and your booth.
- Please email your pre-show publicity items to displayweekpr@mcapr.com so we can assist with your outbound publicity efforts
- You will receive a free listing on the official show website, as well as the opportunity to send an E-blast to show attendees both pre-show and post-show.

The following special bonuses are offered to all exhibitors at Display Week:

LEAD RETREIVAL
Scanning a lead produces info such as you find on business cards, while full info including the lead's answers to demographic questions from Display Week registration will be emailed in a file to be provided after the show.
EARLY BIRD EXHIBIT SPACE RATE – Through February 5, 2016: The rental fee for exhibit space is forty dollars ($40.00) per square foot. A 50% deposit must be made by October 16, 2015 in order to secure this rate.
REGULAR EXHIBIT SPACE RATE – After February 5, 2016: The rental fee for exhibit space is forty-four dollars ($44.00) per square foot.
Booth Provisions: Each booth will be supplied with an 8-foot-high cloth drape
back drop with 36-inch-high side dividers, plus one 7x44-inch exhibitor
identification sign.
