LCD 50th ANNIVERSARY EVENT

Fifty years have passed since the first dynamic scattering mode LCD was demonstrated by RCA. On Tuesday, May 22, LCD industry pioneers from North America, Asia, and Europe will gather at Display Week to celebrate the 50th anniversary of liquid-crystal displays. This special session, Pioneering the Trail to Today: 50 Years of LCD Innovations, is an opportunity to take a look back at the innovative R&D work and commercialization of the LCD, which opened up a new era of small to large display-related products.
